Located in Belmont, CA. Umami ToGo is a catering concept from Chef Michael Schley.

 

 

From the Beard House in New York to the French Laundry in Yountville, Michael has learned from the masters. All meals are made with local organic items when available and in season and then prepared with a passion for perfection under Chef Michael's guidance.  

WE cater to the Bay Areas Fortune 500 Companies providing them with the tastiest, healthiest meals made from scratch with local & organic ingrediants when available. 

We are launching a new preorder program starting January 8th 2018 with F45 Training in San Mateo. Look below for the monthly menu. We will be creating daily lunches and dinners for pick up at the kitchen or delivered to F45 training in San Mateo execlusivley for their members. If you're not a member of F45 Training please check them out.

F45 8 Week Challenge Meals

These are all preportion meals with a simple reheat when needed, proteins can be substituted if you don't eat red meat etc.

Week 1     starting Monday, January 29th 2018

Lunches:

M, T, W – Mexican Bowl, Chicken, Brown Rice, Black Beans and Pico de Gallo

T, F      -  Spinach Salad w. Chicken, Eggs, Roasted Red Peppers w. Lemon Vinaigrette

Dinners:

M, T, W – BBQ Chicken, Sweet Potato Wedges and Grilled Chayote Squash

T, F        - Flank Steak w.  Brown Rice and Garlic Green Beans

 

Week 2

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Quinoa Greek Bowl, Chicken, Olives, Cucumbers, Red Onion and Tomato

T, F         - Tuna Salad w. Mixed Greens, Tomato, Cucumber

Dinners:

M, T, W  -  Roasted Chicken w. Mushrooms and Sauteed Spinach

T, F         -  Ginger Salmon w. Vegetable & Brown Rice Stir Fry

 

Week 3

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Kale Caesar Salad w. Broccolini and Butter Beans and Grilled Chicken

T, F        -  Chinese Cabbage Salad w. Chicken and Ginger Vinaigrette

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Turkey Meatloaf , Garlic Green Beans and Mashed Cauliflower

T, F        -  BBQ Chicken, Sweet Potato Wedges and Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 

Week 4

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Buddha Bowl, Chicken, Cucumbers, Carrots, Chickpeas and Avocado

T, F        -  Asian Poke Bowl, Ahi, Brown Rice, Seaweed Salad, Cucumbers and Ginger

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Roasted Lemon Salmon w. Baby Arugula, Beets, Mandarin

T, F        -  Brown Rice Stir Fry, Zucchini, Squash, Onions, Carrots and Broccoli and Chicken

 

Week 5

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Thai Style Lettuce Cups w. Chicken

T, F        -  Tuna Nicoise Salad, Baby Greens, Roasted Peppers, Beets and Egg

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Brown Rice Pasta, Marinara, Caramelized Onions, Parmesan and Meatballs

T, F        -  Garlic Chicken, Mushroom Quinoa and Broccoli

 

Week 6

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Black Bean, Chicken, Pico de Gallo, Grilled Chayote Burrito

T, F        -  Pulled Pork Tacos with Jicama, Mango and Avocado, Black Bean Salsa

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Beef and Broccoli with Brown Rice

T, F        -  BBQ Turkey Meatloaf, Green Beans and Mushrooms

 

Week 7

Lunches:

M, T, W -  Chop Salad w. Cucumber, Tomato, Carrots, Zucchini and Broccoli w. Chicken

T, F        -  Tex Mex Salad w. Black Beans, Corn, Pico de Gallo and Flank Steak

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Thai Basil Chicken w. Coconut Brown Rice

T, F        -  Shrimp, Garlic, Tomato and Basil w. Brown Rice Pasta

 

Week 8

Lunches:

M, T, W –  Shrimp & Jicama Tacos, Mango Salsa, Black beans and Brown Rice

T, F        -  Farro Salad w. Baby Arugula, Baby Beets, Hearts of Palm and Fennel w. Grilled Chicken

Dinners:

M, T, W -  Pulled Pork, Sweet Potato Wedges and Broccolini

T, F        -  Mustard Chicken, Grilled Vegetables and Quinoa

 

 

 

Family Dinners are  $25/1 $40/2, $75/4, $100/6

Individual Dinners are all preportion meals with a simple reheat, proteins can be substituted if you don't eat red meat etc.
